Network Safety Ranking
RSM can provide a Network Safety Ranking (NSR) service in accordance with EU Directive 2008/96/EC and the NRA DMRB HD 15/12. NSR expertise can be provided through their relevant experience and training in road design, RSE and AI, AP and AR in addition to experience in design of remedial measures and multi-modal transport facilities for all road users, including the vulnerable, and an appreciation of the whole-life cost of implementation of such measures.
RSM are experienced in the detailed analysis, examination, interrogation and interpretation of Collision data and traffic volume data to feed into the NSR process.
